Questions
Why is my business already listed?
We research public information to help travellers discover the area. You can ask us to correct a detail or claim the profile so your team can maintain it.
Does a listing mean we have joined a programme?
A researched listing is an editorial entry. We'll discuss participation and any commercial arrangements with you separately.
How will traveller enquiries work?
Initially, our team will contact the relevant business to check the traveller's request. We'll agree the right contact and follow-up process with you.
Can we provide our own images?
Yes. Send images you can authorise us to use, along with any photographer credits and usage conditions.
